A magical journey to the enchanted castle

The ancient fortress of Castelfranco in Finale Ligure is transformed into a magical place for children (click here to see photos of last year's event).

On Sunday 29 May and Thursday 2 June 2011 children will have a fantastic adventure in a real enchanted castle.

As they go along the wonderful journey, the children will meet characters from their favourite stories: Peter Pan, Captain Hook, the Knights of the Round Table and lots of others. They will be able to play with the pirates and their sailing ship, go through the labyrinth of fear, help at the performances of the clowns Fortunello and Marbella, listen to the dragons' stories and try the magical snacks in the enchanted forest.

Riddles, tin can shooting competitions and stern tests of courage will keep children immersed in this splendid adventure, and if they pass the tests and win three  special pebbles, they will be sure of a lovely surprise.

And at the end of the route, with their magical friends waving them off, they will find a huge inflatable slide which will take them to the foot of the enchanted castle.

This magical event transports everyone into the world of fables.
